Advice
The best thing I did was learn class material well. I remembered things from throughout 2nd year that I just didn't cover over 6 weeks of hard studying. For those six weeks though I took the standard approach. I did all the USMLE World Qbank questions and read the answers thoroughly. If there was something during my answer reading I felt weak on I would stop and read a review book section on it.

After going through all of them, I re-did the questions I got wrong. I also made first aid for step 1 my new best friend- read it over at least once then go back and study the important tables. I found the path review book by Goljan to also be indispensable in addition to other small review books such as board review series for physiology and anatomy.

Oh yea take an hour a day to exercise AND an additional hour to watch TV/eat junk food. You'll feel much better.
