Advice
My advice for studying for Step 1 is as follows:
-Trust how you study and try not to get caught up in what everyone else is doing. This was harder than I thought, in talking to everyone prior to starting my study routine it was very easy to question what I was using as study material, if the time I was taking was right vs wrong ect. So know how you study best and make a plan and stick to it!
-Make a study plan and make sure to factor in catch up days because you will need them! It is very easy to be over ambitious when thinking about how much you will get through in a day

These are the specifics about how I studied
Disclaimer: I am a very efficient studier and I can knock out 13 hours without a problem which is why my study time was less than others, also the best way I study is by writing things out/questions - my below study plan reflects that
My study materials: DIT, First Aid, UWorld Qbank, Goljan audio

1st NBME in March with no studying prior to see what my baseline was
Second Semester March - May listened to Goljan whereever I was. I tried to get through his audio at least 2x, 3x for subjects I struggled with

2 weeks prior to the start of my study plan (still in class/practicum)
-DIT (I listened to all the DIT lectures on double speed and annoted notes in first aid)

Study Plan 3.5 Weeks
My general days looked like this:
6AM-12PM: 3 sets of 41 questions (on untimed tutor mode), took time to take notes in first aid as I went.
12-1PM Break
1PM - 5PM: 2 sets of 41 questions and reading of first aid
5PM -9PM: off
9PM -10PM: Memorization (mostly the information at the back of first aid)

Week 1
Day 1: NBME #2 to evaluate my progress since March
Day 2-7: First half of first aid annotation while doing first half of qbank.

Week 2
Day 1: NBME #3
Day 4: NBME #4

Week 3:
Day 1: NBME #5
Day 4: NBME #6 (last one before the final exam)the rest of the week I did half of S

Day before the exam plan something unrelated to medical school/step1, go do something with nonmed school people and make sure to not talk about the exam! Good luck!
